(CNN) -- The Food and Drug Administration says, as precautionary measure, parents should stop using children's Tylenol.

The FDA recommends parents give their children generic versions of Tylenol, Motrin, Zyrtec and Benadryl.

The warning comes after the manufacturer announced a voluntary recall of the popular over-the-counter pain and allergy medications.

Some of the products in the recall may have a higher concentration of active ingredients than specified on the label.

Others may contain active ingredients that don't meet testing requirements.

There are no reports of children being harmed by the medications.
