(KMOV) -- A former St. Louis University president is accused in a lawsuit of breaking an agreement reached after an alleged case of sexual misconduct in 1983.
According to KMOX Radio, the suit claims Father Daniel O'Connell and the Jesuits violated an agreement after he "sexually exploited and assaulted her," while she was studying in Rome.
The suit goes on to say O'Connell agreed to no longer have ministry assignments involving one-on-one contact with women.
