Banana-Berry Breakfast Shake

Serves 2

¼ cup juice of choice (orange, apple, guava)
1 bananas, peeled and sliced
6 oz. fat free/light yogurt – favorite flavor (coffee, vanilla, etc.)
1 1⁄2 cups frozen strawberries
2 scoops protein
Optional: raisins and almond slices

Combine all the ingredients in food processor or blender;
process or blend until smooth. Top with raisins and/or almonds.
