It has been more than two years since the deadly Kirkwood Shootings. The history of that horrible day will never leave the hearts and minds of the family, friends, and the residents of Kirkwood. Currently crews are working on a memorial to honor the six public servants that lost their lives that day. We are told the project will cost half a million dollars. However, late last week a court motion has threaten the future of the project. A resident is worried about being taxed for the new project.. So he filed a restraining order to keep crews from working on the memorial project. The judge is expected to make a decision later today. We will follow up with the judge's decision. The hearing starts at 10:30am in St. Louis County Courts.
