Six-year-old opens lemonade stand for injured St. Louis police officer

(KMOV) -- A six-year-old will be serving lemonade today to benefit injured Rock Hill police officer Matt Crosby.

Jackson Parks will open up his lemonade stand to benefit Crosby, who was paralyzed in a shooting last week. Parks will be joined by St. Louis Snow Cone and the Snow Sled, a snow cone truck built from a 1957 Chevy Step van.

The Rock Hill fire and police department will be there as well, showing off a fire engine and police car for kids to look at.

The stand will even have a drive through for donations on the go. T-shirts will also be available for $15.

The stand will open at noon and close at 3 p.m. at the intersection of Manchester Road and McKnight Street.
