BRIDGETON, Mo. (KMOV.com) – Bridgeton police are investigating reports of an intruder who entered the women’s restroom at SSM DePaul Health Center on October 1 and allegedly used his cell phone to video record at least two women.

A hospital spokesman told News 4 an employee notified security that a man was in the women’s restroom. The restroom is located near administrative offices and is not near patient rooms.

The hospital said nobody recognized him from security photos which captured the man entering the restroom while speaking on his cell phone.

Two women reported seeing the man in the restroom, and one said he was recording over the stall. Both women notified hospital security.

"They took immediate action, both in sharing the image internally as well as contacting Bridgeton Police to hand this over to them," said the hospital's vice president.

Bridgeton Police describe the suspect as a white male in his early to late 20s with average to medium build. He has brown hair with a goatee.

SSM DePaul Health Center and Bridgeton Police said they have not received any other reports.

Anybody with information should contact Bridgeton Police.
