NORMANDY- The St. Louis County NAACP will host an "Update on Justice" for Mike Brown at the Bethesda Temple Church located at 5401 Bishop J.A. Johnson Lane in Normandy, Missouri on Thursday, October 23 at 6:30 p.m.
The Town-Hall will be open to the public and panelists will include Bob McCulloch, the prosecuting attorney in the Mike Brown case, St. Louis County Police Chief Col. Jon Belmar, Deputy Director of the Civil Rights Division of the DOJ Christy Lopez, and Deputy Special Agent Michael Schneider. The Chairman of the NAACP National Board of Directors, Roslyn M. Brock, will moderate the event.
The Town-Hall is intended to provide the community with factual and reliable information regarding the on-going investigation of the shooting of Michael Brown and to educate the public on the functions of a Civil Rights and Criminal Investigation, according to a news release sent Wednesday afternoon.
