ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com) – Authorities are searching for a suspect accused of shooting a guy in the leg Tuesday night in north St. Louis.
Police say a man in his 20’s shot a 21-year-old man in the leg in the 5400 block of Arlington at 7:10 p.m.
The victim told police he was with two other men and a woman walking on Arlington when the suspect passed them on a bicycle. The suspect turned his bicycle around and produced to firearm, firing shots at the victims, as he rode past them again, the victim told police.
The suspect fled the scene on his bicycle following the shooting.
The gunshot victim is listed in stable condition at a local hospital. No other injuries were reported in the incident.
The suspect has been described as being between 5-foot-6 and 5-foot-8, 140 to 150 pounds with a thin build and medium complexion. The suspect was wearing a black jacket and dark pants at the time of the shooting.
