In a news conference Friday, Chesterfield Police said David Cerna, 33, illegally recorded men using the bathroom at a Mobil On-the-Run gas station on Clarkson Road. He then allegedly posted the videos online. By Daniel Fredman
CHESTERFIELD, Mo. (AP) -- A former Chesterfield police officer facing privacy invasion charges involving a hidden camera installed in a gas station men's room is now accused of secretly filming a teenage boy's genitals during a search.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch (bit.ly/1oGYNrD ) reports that 33-year-old David Cerna now also faces a charge of sexual exploitation of a minor and second-degree invasion of privacy involving multiple victims. A grand jury indictment was made public Wednesday.
Cerna was fired from the St. Louis County department after six years on the job. He was charged in June with invasion of privacy in St. Louis and St. Charles counties for allegedly posting online sex videos involving anonymous sex partners he met on the website Craigslist.
Cerna's attorney did not immediately respond to a request for comment Friday.
