(KMOV.com) -- Police said an 11-year-old boy reported missing was found safe and sound at a friend's house Friday morning.
Officials said Tre-Vun Walker was reunited with his family at the Moline Acres Police Department. Tre-Vun had apparently stayed overnight at a friend's house.
Sergeant Epps with the Moline Acres Police Department said Walker was reported missing by his family at 2 a.m. on Friday. Police said he was last seen around 4 p.m. on Thursday.
Walker supposedly went missing from Lewis and Clark St. Louis County Library branch near Highway 367 and Berwyn Street in north St. Louis County. His parents said he was meeting friends at the library to play games, but never returned home.
Authorities never issued an AMBER or SARAA alert for Walker.
A search team with the Eureka Fire Protection District aided in the search.
