COLLINSVILLE, Il. (KMOV) – A Collinsville man faces up to ten years in prison after pleading guilty to possessing child pornography on two computers at his house.
William Martin, 29, admitted to receiving child pornography through a file sharing program after agents executed a search warrant at his house on August 17, 2010. The search warrant was executed after an officer participating in an internet undercover operation was able to download videos and images of child pornography from a computer located there.
Martin’s sentencing is scheduled for July 16. In addition, he faces a fine up to $250,000 and at least five years of supervised release.
