(KMOV.com) -- A man accused of shooting two St. Louis police officers in October, 2010 pleaded guilty to multiple assault charges on Tuesday.
Kim Dwayne Cobb, Jr., 22, pleaded guilty to two counts of assault, one count of first degree assault on a law enforcement officer and two counts of armed criminal action.
On October 13th, 2010, authorities allege Cobb exchanged gunfire with two St. Louis police officers during a traffic stop in north St. Louis. Officers Lucas Roethlisberger and Luke Kallal were wounded during the incident. Officer Roethlisberger required surgery to repair an artery and officer Kallal was less seriously injured after being struck by a bullet.
Cobb also received gunshot wounds in the exchange.
Cobb will be sentenced in May.
