Investigators are looking into an early morning single vehicle accident. A woman lost control of her vehicle early Sunday morning and crashed into a creek.
According to police on scene, the woman was driving northbound on 367 around 7:30 a.m. The woman lost control of her car, went down an embankment and into a creek.
Rescue workers were seen transporting the woman on a stretcher by News 4 crews. Police have not released information on the extent of the woman’s injuries or the condition of the vehicle.
Police have not said what caused the crash; although, early morning freezing temperatures may have played a part.
