(KMOV.com) -- Missouri Tiger stand-out wide receiver Dorial Green-Beckham was arrested Friday night for alleged drug activity, according to authorities in Springfield, Missouri.
Police told the Springfield News Leader that Green-Beckham, 20, was booked for alleged felony distribution, delivery, manufacture or production of a controlled substance, but has yet to be formally charged with a crime.
This is Green-Beckham’s second run-in with police for drug activity. He was arrested in October 2012 on suspicion of marijuana possession. Those charges were later dropped.
Green-Beckham led the Tigers with 59 catches and 12 touchdowns this past season.
According to the Mizzou Athletic Department, any athlete charged with a felony is immediately suspended. However, Green-Beckham has yet to be charged.
