(BaseballStL) -- The Cards have just five more days of practice left before they take the field for their first Grapefruit League game of the season. Because of the World Baseball Classic there won't be as many chances for some of these pitchers to get live bullpen sessions in before the games start.

Those taking the mound today in a live setting will be Trevor Rosenthal and Sam Freeman at 10:30 St. Louis time, Seth Maness and Tyler Lyons at 10:45 and finally Eric Fornataro and Michael Blazek at 11:00.

Rosenthal will face a group consisting of Jon Jay, Allen Craig, Daniel Descalso, Oscar Taveras and Cody Stanley while Freeman will see Rafael Furcal, Ronny Cedeno, Tony Cruz, Greg Garcia and Jesus Montero.

BaseballStL’s Brian Feldman and BJ Rains are in Jupiter, Florida covering the Cardinals Spring Training. Check back through the day for regular updates.
