ST. LOUIS (KMOV) – Police have charged a suspect who allegedly robbed a bank in downtown St. Louis on Tuesday.
Patrick Cook has been charged with first degree robbery after he allegedly walked into the U.S. Bank at Tucker and Olive shortly before 2 p.m. and handed the teller a note indicating he had a weapon.
He was reportedly given an undisclosed amount of money and fled the building on foot.
Police said he boarded the Metrolink train and was taken into custody near a station at 2:25 p.m.
Bond has been set at $80,000 cash only.
