CHESTERFIELD, Missouri (KMOV)—A 56-year-old Chesterfield man is accused of molesting two children over a four-year period.
Authorities charged Thomas M. Hill with six counts of child molestation after he allegedly touched two children in a sexual manner. The incidents reportedly took place on multiple occasions from June 5, 2006 to November 19, 2010.
According to reports, police investigated the incidents after being contacted by the victims. An Order of Protection for a Minor was filed on January 5, 2012, restricting contact with Hill for one year.
St. Louis County Court records show Hill was previously convicted of committing first-degree sodomy with a 10-year-old girl in 2003. He was given lifetime probation. The judge in the case denied prosecutors' request for Hill to serve time in prison for the conviction.
