(KMOV) -- Police say three separate shootings in Tower Grove and on Thomas Street Saturday could be related.
Police were first called to the 1100 block of Tower Grove around 4 pm, where a male victim, 19, had been shot in the upper torso. A witness told police two male suspects in a black Chevy Impala shot at the victim while he was walking with a group of friends. The victim was in critical condition Saturday and could not speak with police.
At 10:45 pm, officers responded to a shooting on the 3000 block of Thomas Street. A male victim, 16, had been shot in the leg, stomach and arm. The victim was taken to an area hospital and listed in critical condition. Two other homes and a car in the area were struck with gunfire but there were no other injuries. Witnesses told police the suspects were driving a black sedan.
Police were then called to the 1200 block of Tower Grove at 11 pm, where an 18-year-old male victim had been shot in the hand. The victim told police he was walking when two black males with dreadlocks drove by in a black or gray Chevy Impala and started shooting at him. The victim was taken to an area hospital with a non-life threatening injury.
Police say the investigations in all three shooting cases are ongoing.
