O'FALLON, Missouri (KMOV) -- Police say the husband of an O'Fallon woman murdered in her home admitted to killing her during an argument.
Police charged Michael Rone with first degree murder in the death of his wife, Stacey Rone. The victim, 38, was killed in her home on the 1100 block of St. Matthew Ave.
Police say relatives came home and discovered her body just after 10 pm Thursday night. The victim has two children.The medical examiner in the case confirmed Rone was strangled. Stay with KMOV.com for the latest developments.
