(KMOV) -- Dozens of police officers will be out in the Delmar Loop Saturday night, a week after hundreds of teens gathered and two people were shot.
St. Louis City police have a command post set up near Skinker and Delmar, and a nuisance abatement vehicle will patrol the area. The vehicle comes equipped with several cameras.
One woman who works in the Loop said business has been down since the shooting. She said some people are simply afraid to come to the area.
Last week, several hundred teens congregated at the border between University City and St. Louis. Two people were shot in the incident, sparking concern over safety in the popular shopping and entertainment district.
Curfew is 9pm for those under 17 in University City, and midnight in St. Louis city.
