(KMOV.com) – A Florissant man was convicted Thursday on charges to distribute cocaine.
Cotton began supplying cocaine to co—defendant David Frazier in 2012. Authorities said Frazier then gave to cocaine to David Poe, another defendant. According to court documents, drugs were exchanged for money at in business where Cotton and Frazier worked.
Poe was arrested in January 2013 after trying to sell cocaine to an informant. Authorities said they eventually seized cocaine from Frazier’s kitchen that had Cotton’s fingerprints on it.
Authorities said 10 co-defendants have entered guilty pleas. Frazier could spend anywhere from 10 years to life in prison. Sentencing is scheduled for June.
