According to police, officers responded to a report of a shooting near the intersection of Natural Bridge and BelAire in the Beverly Hills neighborhood around 5:25 p.m. Monday.
Upon their arrival, they found two people inside a vehicle suffering from gunshot wounds. Another person also in the car was not hurt.
One of the shooting victims, identified as 21 year-old Jarrick Boone, was transported to the hospital and later pronounced dead. The other victim, 23, was treated at the hospital and released.
