(KMOV.com) – A 24-year-old Cedar Hill woman has been charged with her third DWI after she reportedly blew a 0.14 on a blood-alcohol breath test.

According to reports, Leslie Schwend was pulled over by Kirkwood Police on February 3 along Interstate 44.

Schwend was given a breathalyzer test after officers sensed the presence of alcohol on her breath. She registered a limit almost two times over the legal limit of 0.08.

Schwend was arrested and taken to the St. Louis County Jail where her bail was set at $20,000. She was later released.

Court records show Schwend has had two prior drunk-driving charges in recent years.
