Cahokia Superintendent must make cuts, proposes radical solution

(KMOV.com) -- Cahokia School District Superintendent Art Ryan has to make $3 million in cuts in a district that is already strapped.
Ryan was very emotional Thursday, frustrated with the current state of education in Illinois. He says he understands that the state is in trouble, but he said officials can’t keep asking students to pay the price.
