(KMOV) -- A man is dead after a fatal crash in Belleville, Illinois.

It happened around 5:48 a.m. on Friday on the right side of Illinois Route 15, just east of Illinois Route 159.

Curtis Tindall, 35, of Dover, Arkansas was killed in the crash.  Police tell News 4 that Tindall was a construction worker with the Bechtel Corporation and had been working at the Baldwin Power Plant.

Police say Tindall got off work at 5 a.m. and was apparently heading back to his temporary apartment in Lebanon, Illinoins when his vehicle ran off the road, struck a tree and flipped several times.

Investigators say that there does no appear to be any signs of alcohol or foul play.

Family members in Arkansas have been notified.
