(KMOV) -- Okay ladies, even if you don't need to lose weight, you need to jump on a treadmill.
 
If you don't, you could be six pounds heavier in just a few years.
 
New research shows middle-aged women who aren't dieting and are at a healthy weight need to exercise for one hour a day. 
 
It doesn’t have to be anything drastic. They recommend brisk walking, leisurely bicycling or even playing golf.
