(KMOV)- A tuition freeze might be coming soon for students at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville and Carbondale. School President Glenn Poshard will recommend that freshmen enrolling in the universities this fall receive a tuition break.
Tuition rates have gone up 135 percent over the past nine years.
