From “101 Things to Do With a Cake Mix” by Stephanie Ashcraft
1 box of lemon cake mix
1 cup of frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 cup powdered sugar
1 can of lemon or vanilla frosting
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare and bake the cake as directed on package in greased 9x13 pan.
Let cool for 15 minutes.
Stir together the lemonade concentrate and powdered sugar. Poke holes in the warm cake with a fork. Drizzle lemonade mixture evenly over cake. Refrigerate until cold.
Spread frosting over cold cake. Cover and refrigerate leftover cake.
