(KMOV)-- Thousands of revelers will line up for the annual St. Patrick's Day parade Saturday.
It steps off at noon from 18th and Market Street and heads east down Market to Broadway. Market Street will close at 7:30 Saturday morning and stay closed until about 3 p.m.
Before the big parade, thousands of runners will participate in the annual St. Patricks Day parade run. The five mile run starts at 9 a.m. This year it begins on Broadway, between Walnut and Clark. Almost 10,000 runners participated last year.
