Judge schedules bench trial for woman accused of threatening jury supervisor

(KMOV) -- The St. Louis woman accused of trying to get out of jury duty by threatening a courthouse worker was scheduled for a bench trial.  
 
At Friday's court proceeding a bench trial was scheduled for Zynthia Holmes on April 19th in div. 26 city courts at 9am.
 
Holmes is charged with harassment and faces a year in prison.
 
Holmes was serving as a juror when she became upset after being told she had to return for a second day.
 
Sources tell News 4 she yelled at deputies, stormed out of the courtroom and allegedly threatened to shoot a jury supervisor.
