Of all the players on this season's Illinois basketball team, Alex Legion may have the potential to embody head coach Bruce Weber's theme of "rising up" more than anyone.
"We've really talked with our players since the beginning about the theme of rising up," Weber said. "It was something I just kind of, I kept saying to the players ... (since) last spring, 'We have to take the game to another level."
For Legion, the challenge is to rise above a sophomore campaign, which saw him average 3.5 points in 11.1 minutes per game.
