CYBERSPACE (AP) -- It's baaaaack. The Kansas legislator whose "RedNeck Rap" video has drawn controversy has now reposted the clip on YouTube. The adult daughters of Republican state representative Bill Otto pulled the clip because they didn't like their dad being called a racist. But Otto has added an introduction to the video, denying that his wearing a hat calling opossum "the other dark meat" has any racial overtones. Fellow lawmakers and others denounced the statement as aimed at President Barack Obama, since the video criticizes the president.
