LINCOLN, Ill. (AP/KMOV) -- Three people have been charged with obstruction of justice related to the investigation of five deaths in a tiny central Illinois farming town.
The people arrested Wednesday include 22-year-old Jason Harris, brother of the man accused of killing a married couple and three of their children last month.
The Logan County sheriff said the others arrested are Jason Harris' girlfriend, 24-year-old Jennifer Earnest, and her mother, 43-year-old Sara Duncan.
Sheriff Steven Nichols would not say how they allegedly obstructed justice. Nichols said other charges maybe pending. The investigation is ongoing.
Last week, officials arrested Christopher Harris, the former son-in-law of the slain couple, Raymond and Ruth Gee.
