SUNSET HILLS, Mo. (AP) -- The suburban St. Louis police officer who pleaded guilty last week to a drunk-driving accident that killed four people still has her job.

Sunset Hills aldermen met in closed session Wednesday. The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports they took no action on the status of Christine Miller. For now, she remains suspended without pay.

The city attorney says he doesn't expect any action until Miller is sentenced.

Miller was off duty in March 2009 when her car collided with another car. Four people were killed and the driver was seriously hurt. All five were natives of India.

Authorities say Miller's blood-alcohol content was more than twice Missouri's legal limit of 0.08 three hours after the accident.
