Man in critical condition after robbery, shooting at south St. Louis bus stop

(KMOV) – A man is in critical condition after a shooting at a south St. Louis bus stop.
It happened around 6:00 p.m. on Thursday in the 3000 block of Gravois.
Police say the 47-year-old victim was walking west on Gravois when a man and a woman approached him. The victim was trying to catch a bus at the time.
The male suspect reportedly pulled out a gun and demanded items from the victim. Police say the man also punched the victim and hit him with a bottle. Then the suspect allegedly started shooting at the vicitm, striking him multiple times.
The male suspect then reportedly took cigarettes and beer from the victim. Both suspects then fled the scene.
The victim was taken to a local hospital where he is listed in critical condition.
The male suspect is described as being between the ages of 20-25, 5'8-5'11 with a medium build and a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a black leather jacket and black pants. The female suspect is described as being between the ages of 20-25, 5'8-5'10 with a thin build and a dark complexion. She was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and black jeans.
Police are still searching for the suspects.
The victim's name is not being released at this time.
