WACO, Texas (AP) -- Danielle Wilson got off to a fast start and finished with 26 points, 13 rebounds and four blocked shots to lead No. 7 Baylor to a 72-43 victory over Missouri on Saturday.
Wilson, who was 11-of-13 shooting and matched her career scoring high, scored the game's first basket and blocked Missouri's first shot attempt. The Lady Bears never trailed.
Baylor (21-3, 9-2 Big 12) won its fourth straight game since back-to-back home losses against conference-leading Oklahoma and Texas. The Lady Bears, alone in second place in the Big 12, have a week off before playing at the Sooners next Saturday.
Wilson scored eight of Baylor's first 13 points. Missouri (11-12, 2-8) tied the game at 13, but Jhasmin Player and Morghan Medlock then paced a 16-4 run that put Baylor in control.
Player had 14 points and seven rebounds.
Jessra Johnson led Missouri with 10 points and eight rebounds. The Lady Tigers are 0-6 against Top 25 teams this season.
After taking a 32-21 halftime lead, Baylor opened the second half with a 32-14 spurt, taking a 64-35 lead on Jessica Morrow's fast-break layup with 9 minutes left. That came only seconds after Wilson's three-point play, part of her nine points in the run.
Wilson converted three three-point plays in the game even though she was only 4-of-14 from the free-throw line. Her other free throw capped the 16-4 run, her only point in that stretch for Baylor.
After Christine Flores hit a free throw for Missouri to tie the game at 13, Player hit a 3-pointer. Player had seven points in that game-turning spurt and Medlock had six.
It was Wilson's 14th double-double this season, and 22nd of her career.
