(KMOV) – Puppy scams are making their way on the internet, once again.
Thieves are now using a fake picture to lure in buyers.
A Fort Leonard Wood couple nearly fell for the scam when they visited glenbulldogs.com to buy two bulldogs.
The scammers wanted them to load money onto a money card, and they did--$890. The scammers also demanded $3000 in the form of phony insurance and permits.
