NEW YORK (KMOV) – Charges have been dropped against three students who were put in handcuffs after refusing to leave a school bus stop in Rochester.

The three students were reportedly waiting on Main Street for a school bus to take them to a basketball scrimmage in Rochester, New York.
“We was just trying to go to our scrimmage. We was just waiting for our bus and he started arresting us.”
The students coach explained he arrived on the scene, but was also threatened to be arrested.
‘So he goes on to say if you don’t disperse, you’re going to get booked as well. I said sir, I’m the adult. I’m an adult. I’m their varsity basketball coach how can you book me, what am I doing wrong? Matter fact -- what are these guys doing?”
The district attorney in the case reportedly decided to dismiss the charges in the “interest of justice.”
