(KMOV.com) – Three subjects of three different News 4 investigations have been in court Thanksgiving week.
Tuesday, the former owner of All Seasons Contracting faced a judge and plead not guilty, along with his wife, to 104 felonies.
Patrick and Carol Richard are accused of running a company that stole money from dozens of St. Louis homeowners.
The Ohio attorney general charged the couple and bond was set at $200,000 for Patrick and $100,000 for Carol.
They were ordered to surrender their passports, and must wear GPS tracking devices.
Also Tuesday, a man targeted in a News 4 investigation into a massive tax fraud scheme will spend 3 years behind bars.
In May, investigative reporter Chris Nagus tried to confront Dwayne Johnson outside his home in Tampa, Florida
Johnson and his wife Tania Henderson were convicted of stealing millions of dollars in a scheme that involved hundreds of phony tax returns.
Tania will spend 12 years behind bars.
Finally, the day after Matt Buckingham was sentenced to 1 year in prison on federal charges, the Missouri Attorney General filed a suit against him.
He told woman he was raising money for the troops and convinced them to sell raffle tickets at local bars.
The money never made it to the troops, as the charity was bogus.
The lawsuit seeks to ban Buckingham from further deceptive solicitations and the pay civil penalties.
