(KMOV)-- Granite City police are looking for some well dressed suspects in connection with an armed robbery Saturday, inside a cash advance store.

A Granite City sergeant said that two suspects entered an Advanced America Cash Advance store at 1300 Schaeffer around noon, dressed in business suits and black fedoras.

The suspects were armed with a handgun and tied up the employees with plastic zip ties, according to police. They were able to escape with an unknown amount of money.

Major Jeff Connor says the suspects fled in a silver, new model of a Ford car, possibly a Taurus. The vehicle has a sunroof and a possible Missouri temporary registration in the windshield. The men were last seen driving south on Route 3.
