(KMOV) -- Surveillance cameras catch a knife-wielding convenience store robber in the act.
The robber struck the Phillips 66 convenience store in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri just before 1 p.m. Sunday.
According to police, an employee was cleaning the floor when the suspect stormed in and demanded money. Police said the man used a box cutter to threaten the frightened store attendant.
The suspect quickly emptied the cash drawer and ran out the front door where a small get away car was waiting. The suspect got away with $200 in cash.
Police do not have a description of the get away car, but they did release a description of the suspect. The suspect is described as a white male, 20 to 25 years old, about 6 feet tall and 160 to 180 pounds. He was wearing a white GAP hoodie at the time of the robbery.
Police are also looking for the suspect who was driving the get away vehicle.
