RICH, BUT NOT HIP: Google is making more money than ever, but it's not considered to be as cool as it once was now that everyone in the world seems to be hanging out on Facebook's social network.
THE THREAT: Facebook is turning into an advertiser's dream as the service learns intimate details about people's ages, hometowns, and passions. That's information Google's search engine hasn't been able to completely index.
THE SOLUTION: Google co-founder Larry Page is returning to the CEO job and vowing to accelerate the company's decision making and product innovation.
