Saute Mustard Greens

Saute mustard greens

2 lb  mustard greens, chopped
3 Tbsp  olive oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp  chili flakes
Juice of half a lemon
Salt& pepper to taste

Heat a large skillet over med hi heat, add olive oil. Stir in garlic and chili flakes. Toss in mustard greens and cover, cook for a couple of min. It will wilt down significantly.
Season with salt and pepper and lemon juice. Serve as a side dish for 4-6 people.
