(KMOV) – Police say the truck driver who smashed into a car that killed three people on Highway 67 north of Bonne Terre had a revoked license.

Driver Robert Carmona is charged with three counts of involuntary manslaughter.

The accident happened around 1:30 Thursday afternoon on Highway 67 near Berry.

The Missouri Highway Patrol said a tractor-trailer slammed into a car that was stopped on the highway. Three people were inside the car.

Both vehicles reportedly collided at the intersection of Berry Road and Highway 67, and after the crash, the truck left the highway, dragging the car along with it.

The coroner pronounced the three victims dead at the scene.

Authorities have now released the names of the victims. Rachel Sharp, 18, and Aaron Weber, 20, both of Bonne Terre and 56-year-old Frank Weber of De Soto.

The driver of the truck was unharmed.
