1 cup of rice bran flour or oat bran flour
½ cup of distilled water [witch hazel or rose water can also be used]
About 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
About 1 tablespoon of almond oil (use wheat-germ or grapeseed oils for oily skin)
Essential oils of rose, orange or lavender
Slowly mix liquid and flour to make a paste. Add in oils. Smooth over face and neck and let sit for 1 minute. Rinse with water and apply toner.
Lemon balm and Sage Toner
1. Coarsely chop 1 handful of fresh lemon balm leaves and 1 handful of fresh sage leaves
2. Place in a jar and cover with a cider vinegar
3. Let sit in jar for 1 week (this forms your tincture)
4. Use one part of vinegar tincture to 6 parts water as your facial toner
Saturate a cotton pad/ball with toner and pat face and neck. Let air dry. Apply oil for moisturizer.
