(KMOV)-- Shoppers at the Burlington Coat factory in the Mills Mall will no longer be worried about a possible camera directed in a fitting room.
News 4 was alerted by a shopper that it appeared that a security camera was pointed directly into the fitting room.
News 4’s Marc Cox spoke with the manager of the local store and was referred to a company employee in New Jersey.
The Burlington Coat factory issued a statement saying that the camera was pointed in the opposite direction of the fitting room. In addition, to eliminate any confusion among shoppers, the camera has been removed.
