(KMOV)-- A Livingston, Illinois man has been sentenced after robbing a bank in Hamel.
Brian Duff, 36, will serve 105 months and have five years of supervised release.
Police say Duff entered First National Bank of Staunton in July with a realistic-looking handgun replica wrapped in newspaper.
He reportedly showed it and a note demanding money to the teller.
Officials say she gave Duff about $1,400 before he left and was arrested minutes later.
Duff pled guilty to one count of bank robbery.
