If you drive across the Poplar Street Bridge and go North on I-55/70, chances are you will notice a digital billboard with a rotation of advertisements. Except one is not an advertisement in the true sense... it is a "most wanted" mug shot. Its the idea of a metro east businessman who was touched by the story of a Kansas City father whose daughter, Ali Kemp, was murdered by a stranger. Billboards with composite drawings of a suspect helped lead investigators to her killer. Ali's father is now on a crusade to encourage self defense for self protection. Like Adam Walsh of "America's Most Wanted", Mr. Kemp's tragedy has been turned into a mission to make sure others don't suffer the same fate. The billboard is part of that, too.
