ST. LOUIS, Mo.(KMOV) – The St. Louis City Fire Department was called out to investigate a potentially dangerous gas leak Saturday afternoon.
The leak was discovered at the intersection of Goodfellow Blvd. and Cabanne Ave. in North St. Louis.
According to Bob Keuss with the city fire department, enough gas leaked to make an explosion possible. As a precaution, city police sealed off a couple blocks surrounding the scene until the leak was fixed.
The leak was finally capped Saturday evening.
