(KMOV) - Illinois is currently carrying a $12 billion budget gap.
On Wednesday, the state senate voted to move Governor Pat Quinn's budget address from Tuesday, February 16, to March 10th.
The Illinois House still has to approve the delay, but one group is already working hard on influencing the budget.
